OFFICE MANAGER / Assistant
-Excellent communication skills, business etiquette understanding;
-High self-discipline and sense of duty;
-Stress resistance, ability to work in a team;
-Mandatory previous experience in office work organisation, management assistance, project coordination or similar area;
-Planning skills, accuracy;
-Proficiency in English, Latvian and Russian(verbal and written).
-Very good computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint) and experience in working with office equipment.
-Running daily office work;
-Record and processing of incoming and outgoing document flow;
-Business correspondence, order processing;
-Coordination of phone calls, e-mails, fax and correspondence;
-Providing administrative support to senior management;
-Preparing presentations and estimates;
-Providing support to real estate agents in their daily work.
